• Editorial submissions

• Surveys
• Contests
• Future community features

Participation in these features is voluntary.

Submission of content does not create an employment, contributor, partnership, agency, or compensation relationship with DRAFTED unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Users may submit content through the Platform (“Submissions”).

Submissions may include text, photographs, videos, links, event information, athlete recommendations, comments, opinions, or other materials.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for your Submissions.
• You own or control all rights necessary to submit the content.
• Your Submission does not violate any law or third-party rights.
• Your Submission does not contain defamatory, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful content.
• Your Submission does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other proprietary rights.
• You own or control all rights necessary to submit the content, including any copyrights, publicity rights, privacy rights, permissions, consents, or releases required for any individuals appearing in or referenced by your Submission.

DRAFTED assumes no responsibility for the accuracy or legality of user-submitted content.

By submitting content through the Platform, you grant DRAFTED a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

• Use
• Reproduce
• Edit
• Adapt
• Translate
• Publish
• Display
• Distribute
• Promote
• Archive

your Submission in connection with the operation, promotion, development, and commercialization of the Platform and related media properties.

This license includes use across:

• Websites
• Newsletters
• SMS communications
• Social media
• Events
• Marketing materials
• Sponsorship activations
• Future DRAFTED products and services

You retain ownership of your original content, subject to the rights granted in these Terms.

The license granted herein survives termination of these Terms and any removal of content from the Platform.

DRAFTED maintains sole editorial discretion regarding all content appearing on the Platform.

We reserve the right to:

• Approve or reject any Submission
• Edit, modify, shorten, or adapt Submissions
• Remove content at any time
• Decline publication without explanation
• Moderate community participation

Submission does not guarantee publication, attribution, compensation, or continued availability.

DRAFTED may use artificial intelligence and automated technologies to assist with:

• Content categorization
• Tagging
• Summarization
• Trend identification
• Moderation support
• Editorial workflow management
• Submission review

AI-generated outputs are intended to assist editorial operations only.

Final publication decisions remain subject to human review and editorial oversight.

Except for user-owned Submissions, all content and materials available through the Platform are owned by DRAFTED or its licensors.

This includes:

• Logos
• Branding
• Editorial content
• Articles
• Graphics
• Designs
• Videos
• Audio
• Software
• Platform features

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written consent from DRAFTED.

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with Platform operations
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Impersonate another person or organization

DRAFTED reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, advertisers, sponsors, or partners.

DRAFTED does not control and is not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Third-party privacy practices
• Third-party services

Accessing third-party services is done at your own risk.

The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRAFTED disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DRAFTED, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to:

• Community Submissions
• Editorial decisions
• Platform interruptions
• Third-party services

DRAFTED’s total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount paid by you to DRAFTED during the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DRAFTED and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your Submissions
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.

DRAFTED may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a revised Effective Date.

Continued use of the Platform following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
